1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (customs delays may occur)
3. Shipping Restrictions
- Perfume: Due to transportation regulations, perfumes containing alcohol can only be shipped via ground within certain regions. We do not ship perfumes internationally.
- Jewelry, Hair & Cosmetics: These items can be shipped both domestically and internationally.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist you.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
