Return & Refund Policy
At Julie Pinky Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- Perfume & Cosmetics: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfumes, cosmetics, or skincare products. Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Hair Products (including wigs & extensions): Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
- Jewelry: Jewelry can be returned within 14 days of purchase if unworn, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items only. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
4. Sale Items
All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
